The restoration and renovation of 111 Lyon is a historic first in the heart of Grand Rapids.

The transformation of this 92,025 square foot office building into 140 residential units is one of the first of its kind in Michigan! As the MEP Designer for the renovation, our team at E3M is excited at the opportunity to partner with CWD Real Estate Investment, Integrated Architecture and Orion Construction to make a positive impact on the local community.

Construction has started on the around $50 million project that will build out 140 apartment units inside 111 Lyon St. They’ll also be adding a bevy of amenities, including an indoor pool, a pickleball court, a golf simulator and a high-performance racing simulator.
