We can't believe it either. E3M Solutions turns 5 this May, and we are so excited to celebrate! We want to celebrate our five years by looking back at all the growth and progress we've made since our beginnings. We hope you'll stick around for the next 5 years because we've got some exciting things still to come.
Four Years Ago
All of our projects were based in West Michigan. We were excited to be working in such a great location, but we wanted to expand and reach more people. As E3M Solutions has matured, we've gotten opportunities to work across both the United States in addition to Canada and Mexico. We hope to continue growing so that we may reach even more clients across the globe.
Three Years Ago
The first employees at E3M Solutions were hired.Our team worked from rented offices at a local electrical contracting firm, but it didn’t feel like “our space.” Since then, we've moved into our own offices, located in Wyoming, MI, that give employees room to collaborate as we continue to grow our team.
Two Years Ago
There comes a point when a startup stops asking the question, “Is this a viable business?” and switches to the question “How are we going to grow?” This happened for us two years ago. Shortly after that point, we launched our hiring efforts and began growing our team. Since then our team has doubled, and we’re always looking for people to be a part of E3M Solutions.
One Year Ago
We began to feel the pains that come with growth and expansion. As our work portfolio expanded, we needed a better sense of “team.” Our focus this past year has been on creating intentional culture. While our work is incredibly important to us, we want to make sure our team members are prioritized so they can bring their best for our clients.
